The facts of this case are similar to the facts of WP(C) 13456/2018, except for the fact that the course being conducted by the petitioner was the BHMS course, and the number of seats was 50. 2.

The instructions of learned counsel for the respondent, in the present case, are identical to those of learned counsel for the respondent in WP(C) 13456/2018.

Following the order passed by me in WP(C) 13456/2018 today, the cut-off date for admission to the BHMS course, being conducted W.P.(C) 13485/2018

by the petitioner college, for the academic year 2018-2019, stands extended till 20th December, 2018.

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. 5.

No order as to costs.
