The applications are dismissed for the reason the writ petition was disposed of on a settlement as per which bank expressed its willingness to reduce its demand by `5,00,000/- if appellant paid the remaining amount within one week.

Under the garb of CM No.5191/2016 the writ petitioner is now trying to rake up all and sundry issues having a bearing on quantification of the amount due to the bank, and exercise which is not permissible at this stage. 3.

No costs.
