O R D E R

% 15.11.2016 The learned counsel for the Decree Holder states that the cheque for the balance amount due from the Judgement Debtor has been received. She states that she has already approached the Registry for withdrawal of the sums deposited by the Judgment Debtor with the Registry of this Court, however, the process is taking some time. The Registry is directed to take expeditious steps for releasing the sum deposited by the Judgment Debtor along with interest, if any, to the Decree Holder. No further orders are required to be passed in these petitions. Accordingly, the same are disposed of. The pending applications also stand disposed of.
