The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of Cr.P.C. with the following prayers:- a) to issue direction(s) to the SHO/IO to produce the case diary before this Court and state as to what investigation has been taken in case FIR No. 124/2013 registered at PS Gandhi Nagar under Sections 420/465/467/468/471/120-B IPC.

b) to issue direction(s) to the SHO/IO to seize the 'WILL' dated 2nd June, 1968 from accused Satish Kumar or from the current owners of property bearing No.X-112, (Old No.249/5) Tagore Gali, Gandhi Nagar, Delhi-31 and file charge-sheet at the earliest and put the accused to trial. 2.

On behalf of State, it has been submitted that in this case final report has already been filed before the concerned Court. W.P.(CRL) 2503/2015

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the State that final report has already been filed before the concerned Court, nothing further survives in this petition for the reason that if the petitioner has any grievance against the final report, the same can be raised by filing the protest petition. 4.

The writ petition is dismissed.
