% 26.09.2017 The transfer petition has been listed on office note. As per the office note the present petition seeking consolidation of CS(OS) NO. 1630/2006 and CS(OS) NO. 1408/2011 was filed on 17th October, 2015. On 19th October, 2015 Registry raised certain objections, however, till date the objections have not been removed.

In terms of Rule-5(1) and 5 (2), Part-A (a), Chapter-I, Volume-5 of Delhi High Court Rules, objections are required to be removed within 30 days failing which the petition has to be listed before Court for dismissal for non-prosecution.

Therefore, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. MUKTA GUPTA, J.
