Learned counsel for the parties pray that the parties be referred to mediation.

Accordingly, Ms. Veena Rali, Advocate is appointed as Mediator to mediate the disputes between the parties. 4.

Since the prosecutrix is based in Ahmadabad, the Mediator shall fix the dates as per her convenience and also join her through the process of video conferencing.
