With consent of the parties the appeal is disposed of recording consent of the respondents that 1/3rd of the lease rental received by them concerning the suit property, from the date when the appellant filed I.A.No.17029/2012 till when the tenant vacated the premises, shall be deposited by them with the Registrar General. 2.

Needless to state that this would be after adjusting the 1/3rd lease rental which has already been deposited.

We note that the tenant has vacated the subject premises on January 20, 2014.

It is not in dispute that the rent paid by the tenant was `1,78,200/- per month.

Compliance be made within 8 weeks.
