% 28.01.2019 The petitioner is aggrieved by alleged unauthorised construction and encroachment in JJ Tenements, JJ Colony, Kalkaji, DDA Flats, New Delhi. After some submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to approach the Special Task Force set-up by the Delhi Development Authority by Office Memorandums dated 25.04.2018 and 23.05.2018, under the directions of the Supreme Court in W.P.(C) No. 4677/1985 titled MC Mehta vs. Union of India & Ors. Liberty, as prayed for, is granted.
