% 19.02.2016 This writ petition, which has been filed on or about 17.10.2015, impugns the order dated 18.5.2001 in OA No.2532/1999 and the order dated 15.11.2002 in OA No.405/2002.

It is apparent to us that this writ petition is highly belated and bad for delay and laches. It would not be correct to ignore and condone the aforesaid time gap and entertain the present writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are subsequent developments and he would accordingly examine the position in law and thereafter file a fresh application before the Tribunal, if so advised. Taking the aforesaid statement on record, we dismiss the writ petition, without expressing any opinion on the submissions made. CM Nos.25000/2015, 25002/2015 also stand disposed off. Dasti.
