% 24.05.2016 I.A. No. 6568/2016 This is an application under Order 23 Rule 3 CPC to record their settlement. The application is signed by the representatives of the parties and their respective counsels. It is also supported by the affidavit of Varsha Chaudhary, Constituted Attorney of plaintiff Nos. 1 and 2 and Mr. Deepak Kumar, one of the Directors of the defendant company. The terms of settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and there is no impediment in accepting the same. Accordingly, the settlement is accepted and shall continue to bind the parties. The suit stands disposed of in terms of the said settlement. Since disputes have been settled prior to commencement of trial, the petitioner is entitled to 50% refund of the court fees.
