% 04.12.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in a similar matter, the Appellate Tribunal in ATA No.986(8)/2015 has reduced the damages to the extent of 60% on the assessment therein along with assessed interest.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the jurisdiction of the competent Appellate Tribunal in this matter now stands transferred to the Central Government Industrial Tribunal, Jabalpur and a direction be given to the Central Government Industrial Tribunal, Jabalpur for the expeditious hearing and disposal of the appeal of the present petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for the expeditious disposal of the appeal i.e. within three months.

Accordingly, the Central Government Industrial Tribunal, Jabalpur and/or competent concerned Central Government Industrial Tribunal is directed that the appeal, if any, of the petitioner be disposed of within three months.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
