O R D E R

% 18.05.2016 The present application under Section 438 Cr. PC seeking prearrest bail in FIR No. 1326/2015 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at PS Mukherjee Nagar, New Delhi.

Subsequent to the registration of the subject FIR, the applicanthusband as well as the complainant-wife have entered into an amicable resolution on the under-lined dispute. The terms and conditions of the aforesaid settlement dated 23.11.2015 signed by the parties as well as the learned Mediator have been placed on record.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant states that he undertakes to perform his obligations under the aforesaid settlement without demur.

In the present case, it is observed that the complainant-wife has undertaken to cooperate with the quashing of the subject FIR if the reciprocal promises made on behalf of the applicant- husband are performed has undertaken.

In view of the foregoing, the present application is allowed. In the

event of his arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/SHO. |In view of the aforesaid, the application stands disposed of.
