O R D E R

% 16.03.2016 The parties have arrived at a settlement in mediation. The settlement agreement dated 25.02.2016 duly signed by the parties, their respective counsel and the learned Mediator is placed on record. The terms of settlement appear to be fair, just & reasonable and there is no impediment in accepting the same.

Accordingly, the suit is disposed of in terms of the said settlement which shall continue to bind the parties.

Since the suit has been settled in mediation, the plaintiffs shall be entitled to refund of the Court Fees.
