1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has no dispute against the Respondents and therefore, it may not possible for it to invoke the arbitration clause.
2. In that view of the matter the question of continuing the interim order under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 does not arise.
