% 06.03.2019 This court has already ordered winding up of the respondent Company in Co. Pet. 536/2014 and appointed the Official Liquidator as the Provisional Liquidator vide order dated 10.08.2018 read with order dated 16.11.2018.

Accordingly, nothing further survives in the present petition. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner states that there are some undertakings given by the ex directors of the respondent Company. The petitioner is free to enforce any such undertakings given as per law. The petitioner is also free to lodge its claim before the Official Liquidator in the prescribed format.
