Ratan Singh that the impugned Kiosks are not belonging to him but to his son Sh. Lucky Chaudhary, and therefore, appellant-plaintiff prays for and is granted liberty to file appropriate independent legal proceedings against Sh. Lucky Chaudhary. 2.
