% 19.05.2016 Defendant nos.1 to 3 have filed their written statement with copies of the documents. Copy has been supplied to the plaintiff in court today. Replication be filed within four weeks. The parties shall file their original documents within the same period.

Since the jurisdictional value of the suit is below Rs.2 crores, in view of the notification No.2718/DHC/Orgl. dated 25.11.2015, issued under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 (Act 23 of 2015), the suit is transferred to the Court of the District Judge (South-West), Dwarka Courts for further proceedings before the competent court on 05.08.2016.
