% 06.12.2016 CM 45418/2016 in W.P.(C) 10150/2015 This is an application seeking withdrawal of the writ petition. The withdrawal has been sought because of the fact that the writ petition was filed through the Power of Attorney holder Mr Sanjay Chaudhary but, in the meanwhile, the petitioner (Mr Vir Pal Singh) passed away. As a result, the present writ petition can no longer be pursued through the Power of Attorney holder Mr Sanjay Chaudhary.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner requests that this petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the LRs of the deceased petitioner to file a fresh writ petition if they so desire. The application is allowed and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
