Petitioner shall give detail of the relevancy of each witness which he proposes to examine out of 19 witnesses which he has filed before this Court. This exercise shall be done before the Trial Judge. Next date before the Trial Judge is 10.3.2016. Appropriate application in this regard detailing the aforenoted facts shall be filed before the Trial Judge and the Trial Judge after considering the facts of the application and the

reply to be filed by the respondent shall decide this application. It is made clear that any observation made by this Court in this order will not reflect on the merits of the application.
