Learned APP for the State on instructions from the IO SI Sandeep Kumar has submitted that the FIR which is sought to be quashed in the present petition has already been quashed by the Bench of Hon'ble Mr.Justice Ashutosh Kumar vide order dated 18th July, 2017 passed in W.P.(Crl.) 2014/2017 and further submits that the present petition has become infructuous.

Since none is appearing on behalf of the petitioners and the fact that the FIR in question has already been quashed by another Bench of this Court, it seems that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the present

petition.
