% 29.02.2016 By this petition filed under Section 482 of Cr. PC the petitioner seeks quashing of order dated 24.09.2015 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi whereby the learned ASJ had directed to register the FIR against the petitioner and her family members.
The present petition first came up for hearing on 30th October 2015, when Counsel for the petitioner had sought adjournment. On the next date, i.e. 04.11.2015, notices were ordered to respondent No. 2 for 12th January 2016, but the petitioner did not take any steps to serve respondent No. 2. When the matter came up for hearing on 12th
January 2016, the counsel for the petitioner sought adjournment. The petitioner was however again directed to take steps to serve respondent No. 2 for 29th February 2016, i.e., today. As per office report, the petitioner has again not filed process fee to serve respondent No. 2.
None appeared on behalf of the petitioner in the pre-lunch session. Nobody is appearing on behalf of the petitioner even on the second call, in post lunch session. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
