The matter has been settled between the parties for an amount of ₹2,00,000/- over and above the amount so awarded by the learned Tribunal. The insurance company has brought the cheque of settled amount of ₹2,00,000/- bearing No.517061 dated 17.01.2017 drawn on HSBC Bank. 2.

The cheque has been accepted by the appellant as full and final settlement of the claim.

In view of the settlement entered into between the parties, no further orders are required to be passed in this appeal. 4.

The appeal is disposed of.
