% 08.07.2017 In the Pre Sitting of Lok Adalat, both the parties have agreed to settle the matter for an amount of Rs.2,60,000/- over and above the award, payable by the Insurance Company to the appellant, in the appeal preferred for enhancement, towards full and final settlement of the present claim.

Learned counsel for insurance company today has handed over the cheque bearing No.519090 dated 07.07.2017 drawn on HDFC Bank for an amount of Rs.2,60,000/- to learned counsel for appellant. Nothing remains in the appeal.

In view of above, the appeal stands disposed of.
