O R D E R

% 16.03.2016 REVIEW PET No.133/2016 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing this petition but the observation made in the order dated 23.02.2016 would prejudice the appeal which is yet pending and yet to be decided by the Appellate Court which is the Court of the RCT (Saket Courts).

Noting the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court hold that any observation made in the order dated 23.02.2016 will not influence the final judgment by the RCT and also the cross appeals pending before the Hoshiyarpur Court or any other legal remedy available to the petitioner.

With these directions, review petition disposed of. INDERMEET KAUR, J MARCH 16, 2016 ndn
