W.P.(C) 13546/2018 & CM No.53763/2018(for stay) Counter affidavit is stated to have been filed by respondent no.1. However, no copy thereof is forthcoming on the record. Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 is directed to trace out the same and have it placed on record.

Mr. Romy Chacko, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks and is granted one week's time to file a rejoinder thereto. He also submits that the judgment of the Supreme Court in State of Tamil

Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University v. SVS Educational and Social Trust is actually in his favour and not against him. This aspect would be considered when the matter is heard for final disposal. Renotify at the end of the Board for disposal on 31st January, 2019.
