Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No. 129/2018 under Sections 498-A/304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Ranhola, Delhi.

Petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a daughter aged about 2 years left behind by the deceased who is in the custody of the mother-in-law. Father of the girl is in judicial custody. 3.

Learned Addl. PP submits that the petitioner has been declared as a Proclaimed Offender by order dated 02.11.2018. BAIL APPLN. 2984/2018

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would like to approach trial court for recall of the proceedings under Section 82 Cr. P.C. and in the meantime prays that protection be granted to the petitioner.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to petitioner to approach the trial court by filing an appropriate application within a period of one week from today for recall of proceedings under Section 82 Cr. P.C. and till the disposal of the application no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.
