% 17.05.2016 (1) The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.0608/15 under Section 307/34 IPC registered at Police Station Karawal Nagar.

Status report/additional status report is on record.

(2) I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 06.10.2015. As per additional status report, the injury suffered by the victim was 'simple' in nature. On completion of investigation, a charge-sheet has already been prepared.

(3) Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

(4) The application stands disposed of.
