% 13.02.2019 Petitioner has already joined the investigation. Allegation against him is that police officials of PCR reached the house of petitioner on receipt of a complaint that he was beating his wife. Petitioner was under the influence of liquor. He misbehaved with the police officials and caught hold of collar of a Constable. Petitioner's wife has also joined the investigation and has not levelled any allegation that petitioner had beaten her on the date of incident.

Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail subject to his

furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
