% 14.12.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to invoke the jurisdiction of the Appellate Authority under Section 18 of the NCTE Act, 1993 challenging the impugned order dated 12th October, 2018 (Annexure P-13). The Appellate Authority shall consider all the grounds as are canvassed and decide the appeal, in accordance with law.

With aforesaid observations, the writ petition and connected application are disposed of.
