% 13.01.2016 By this petition filed under Section 439 read with Section 482 of Cr. P.C., the petitioner is seeking bail in a case registered vide FIR No.510/2010 under Section 302/34 of IPC, at Police Station Narela, Delhi.

During the course of hearing the present bail petition was pressed primarily on the ground that the petitioner is in custody for the last five years but the trial has not been concluded. On the last date of hearing, the Trial Court Record was requisitioned. Perusal of the record shows that the case is now fixed

for three days for the purpose of recording the evidence, starting from 1st April 2016.

At this stage, after arguing the petition at some length, counsel for the petitioner submitted that the present petition may be disposed of with direction to the Trial Court to conclude the trial of this case in time bound period.

I have heard the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner and perused the record of the case.

In view of the aforesaid submissions of counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial of this case within a period of six months from the next date fixed before the Trial Court. With aforesaid directions, the present petition stands disposed of.
