% 28.03.2017 Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in case time is granted, the petitioner would be ready to settle the matter. She submits that the petitioner is ready to vacate the tenanted premises being No. 1/12022 falling in Khasra No. 528/299-298, Village Uldhanpur, Naveen Shahadara, Delhi 110032 as described in the eviction petition on or before 31.12.2018. Let the petitioner file on record an affidavit undertaking to vacate the tenanted premises on or before 31.12.2018. In the affidavit the petitioner shall also undertake to pay the agreed rent of Rs.625/- per month for the period the petitioner remains in occupation plus electricity and water dues of the premises. The petitioner shall also undertake not to induct any third party in the premises or cause any wilful damage to the tenanted premises. The affidavit by way of undertaking be filed within three weeks from today. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

she does not wish to press the present revision petition. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that in case the affidavit by way of undertaking is filed within three weeks from today, the respondent shall not execute the eviction order till 31.12.2018.
