Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.245/2009 under Sections 103/104 Trade Marks Act, 1999 and Section 63 of Copy Right Act, 1957 (Amendment Act 1984 & 1994) at PS Economic Offences Wing. It is stated that the matter has been settled amicably with the complainant / respondent No.2. Status report is on record.

Mr.Sanjay Gupta is present on behalf of complainant / respondent No.2 with his counsel and has been identified by him. I have enquired from the complainant if he has settled the dispute with the petitioner amicably without any fear or pressure. He has informed that all the disputes between the parties have been resolved amicably with his free consent and he has no objection to the quashing of the CRL.M.C. 4891/2015

FIR in question. Abhay Gupta co-accused is stated to have expired. 3.

The petition is supported by affidavit of the respondent No.2. Since the dispute between the parties has been settled, no useful purpose will be served to continue with the proceedings. In the interest of justice and to enable the parties to put an end to the litigation, FIR No.245/2009 under Sections 103/104 Trade Marks Act, 1999 and Section 63 of Copy Right Act, 1957 (Amendment Act 1984 & 1994) at PS Economic Offences Wing and all the proceedings arising therefrom are quashed.

The petitioner is directed to deposit ` 20,000/- as costs in the Prime Minister Relief Fund within two weeks. Registry shall ensure its compliance.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
