% 17.12.2018 The petitioner seeks protection from arrest in some investigations being carried out by the Bangalore Police. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that there is no FIR registered at Police Station, Timarpur against the petitioner and the arrest or curtailing the liberty of the petitioner, in any case, would be as per law. No further orders are required at this stage. Such information, as available with the Delhi Police, apropos the investigation being conducted by Bangalore Police, would be provided to the petitioner.

The petition stands disposed-off in the above terms. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
