% 02.08.2016 Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from Mr. Jagdish Singh, President of Veer Puru Cooperative Group Housing Society Limited, states that in case the appeal filed by the cooperative society before the tribunal is dismissed, Pooja Anand, respondent No. 1 would be enrolled as a member. This would be without prejudice to their right to challenge the said decision and subject to the final outcome in case of a challenge. 2.

Counsel for the respondent No. 1, on instructions from the husband of the respondent, states that the statement made by counsel for the cooperative

society is acceptable. This statement is without prejudice to the rights of respondent No. 1 to challenge the order of the tribunal, if aggrieved. 3.

In view of the statement made by counsel for the petitioner and the respondent No. 1, the writ petition is disposed of. The two parties will be bound by the said statement.

The impugned order, subject matter of challenge in the present writ petition, is accordingly modified in terms of the statements made. 5.

Counsel for the petitioner and the respondent No. 1 jointly make a prayer that the appeal pending before Delhi Cooperative Tribunal may be expedited. The appeal is pending since 2014. Counsel for the parties will make a joint request for early hearing of the appeal. The tribunal will try and dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of next six months from the next date of hearing. SANJIV KHANNA, J.
