% 11.01.2019 The matter is listed for 05.02.2019 and taken up on CM APPL. 989/2019, an application filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking release of 50% of the awarded amount qua which on behalf of the respondent nos.1 & 2 has been submitted copy of the order dated 02.02.2017 of this Court in FAO 385/2013 submitting to the effect that in terms of the said directions as directed vide para-12 of the said verdict which judgment had been directed to be circulated to all the Commissioners, Employee's Compensation for compliance, the respondents are bound to adhere to the said directions. On behalf of the petitioners however reliance is placed on a catena of verdicts to contend that 50% of the awarded amount can be disbursed.
