% 18.03.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the respondents to grant and release the difference of arrears of pay and allowances to the extent of sum of ₹3,33,254/- for the period of 01.01.2016 to 31.03.2018 with interest @ 18% w.e.f. 01.04.2018 to the date of actual payment of arrears.

For the aforesaid purpose, the petitioner had made representation dated 03.11.2018 to the respondents. However, till date, the petitioner has not received any response.

Taking in view of the averments stated in the petition and the submissions of the counsel for the petitioner, I dispose of the present petition directing the respondents to take decision on the representation dated 03.11.2018 made by the petitioner within four weeks from the receipt of this order. The decision to be taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week thereafter.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
