The present suit has been placed before the Court by the learned Joint Registrar stating inter alia that the suit was instituted by the plaintiff on 28.10.2015, which was after 26.10.2015, the date when the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Court had been enhanced to Rs.2.00 crores. Therefore, the suit has to be returned for being filed before the concerned District Court.

The Registry is directed to return the plaint to the counsel for the plaintiff for the same to be presented before the competent court vested with the pecuniary jurisdiction to entertain the same. 3.

The suit is disposed of.
