O R D E R

% 14.01.2019 During the course of arguments it was submitted by learned senior counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not inclined to challenge the eviction order dated 4th July, 2018 on merits if the petitioner is given some more time to vacate the premises viz. two years from now with the user/occupation charges @ 15,000/- per month by 7th day of each calendar month payable to the respondent/ HUF w.e.f. 01st January, 2019 and till the time the premises is vacated by the petitioner. The water and electricity charges shall be payable as per actual. This proposal is accepted by learned senior counsel for the respondent. The petitioner is directed to vacate the premises on or

before 31st December, 2020 and shall pay the user charges as directed above. The arrears be cleared within 4 weeks from today. The usual undertaking shall be filed by the tenant qua the vacation of the premises and payment of user/occupation charges within two weeks from today. In default of payment the stay against eviction shall automatically stand vacated.

The petition along with pending application stands disposed of in terms of above.
