The present petition assails order dated 30th January, 2018, passed by Additional Sessions Judge-06, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in Criminal Appeal No. 301/2017 titled CCL A L v. State, against order dated 24th June, 2017, passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Delhi. Counsel for the Petitioner states that in the underlying case FIR No. 102/2017, the Petitioner has been acquitted by the concerned Trial Court vide order dated 1st September, 2025.

In light of the foregoing, since the Petitioner stands acquitted, the relief sought in the present petition is rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of as such. The pending applications are also disposed of.
