This is an application filed by plaintiff seeking to withdraw the captioned suit in terms of the Memorandum of Understanding ('MOU') dated 04.04.2025.

The plaintiff is present in Court and is identified by the counsel. 4.

Learned counsel for defendant nos. 1 and 2 confirm the due execution of the said MOU dated 04.04.2025 by the defendant nos. 1 and 2. He states that defendant nos. 1 and 2 as well will abide by the terms and conditions undertaken by them.
