O R D E R

This appeal has been preferred by the complainant/injured, impugning the judgment and order dated 11th August, 2015 and 14th August, 2015, passed by learned ASJ, whereby respondents/accused were acquitted for offence under Sections 324/308/149 IPC and were released on probation. The prayer made in this appeal is as under:

"I.

set aside/modify the impugned judgement dated 11.08.2015 & Order dated 14.08.2015 and direct the Respondent Nos. 2 to 9 to be arrested and to put them behind bar to undergo substantive sentence."

On 12th May, 2016, the complainant agreed to accept the written apology from the respondents herein and also receive `1,50,000/- towards compensation. `50,000/- has already been deposited by the respondent Nos. 2 to 9 towards compensation which the complainant refused to accept at that time and has already been deposited in Prime Minister's National Relief Fund.

Today respondent Nos. 2 to 9 have tendered written apology to the appellant and also paid `1,50,000/- towards compensation which has been accepted by him.

In view of the written apology tendered and compensation paid, the appellant does not want to continue with this appeal and seeks to withdraw the same.

The appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
