Mr. Gautam Narayan, who, appears for the petitioner says that there has been a settlement arrived amongst the parties. 2.

I am informed that a Share Purchase Agreement dated 30.01.2019 ("SPA") has been executed between the petitioner and respondent no. 1 and 2.

Mr. Narayan says that SPA was followed up by an Amended Agreement dated 02.02.2019 executed, once again, between petitioner and respondent no. 1 and 2.

Mr. Mohammed Raiz, who, appears for the respondent no.1 affirms the aforesaid position.

Learned counsel for respondent no.1 says that moneys have been transmitted to the petitioner in terms of the SPA and the Amended Agreement.

Mr. Narayan affirms this position as being correct. 7.
