% 20.01.2016 After some hearing, learned counsel submits that he has instructions to withdraw the writ petition; the instructions to do so were obtained from the Administrator who has been appointed to look after the affairs of the petitioner's society.
The Court is of the opinion that the writ petition was utterly frivolous given the fact that there is an Award in favour of the four respondents and the Society cannot contest the entitlement of the power of attorney, of the respondents. Even as on date, there is no dispute as to the entitlement of the respondents for transfer of membership in their names. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn in the above terms. S.
