O R D E R

% 19.12.2018 The petitioner seeks protection of this Court from threats to her life and liberty, issued repeatedly by respondent Nos. 2 to 10. The police has been informed about the same vide complaints dated 28th September and 22nd October, 2018. Months have passed by, while the police has taken no action.

Let this petition be treated as the petitioner's representation by the DCP of the area concerned. He shall specifically look into why the petitioner and her family, including her husband and two minor children, feel threatened and why no appropriate action has been taken by the police apropos the complainant's earlier complaints. Requisite steps in this regard shall be initiated by the DCP concerned. The petitioner shall be kept informed of the same.

It will be open to the petitioner and her family to appear before the DCP on 24.12.2018, preferably in the forenoon, to apprise him of their grievances.

The petition stands disposed-off in terms of the above. Liberty granted.

A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties under signature of the Court Master.
