% 17.05.2016 Counsel for the petitioner submits that the valuation of the present petition filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is less than Rs.1 crore. Therefore, the matter be transferred to the District Court.

No one appears on behalf of the respondent when the matter is taken up. At the request of the counsel for the petitioner, this matter is transferred to the District Judge (New Delhi), Patiala House Courts, New Delhi. Parties to appear before the concerned Court on 18th July, 2016. As there is no appearance on behalf of the respondent or his counsel, the Registry to issue the Court notice, without process fee, to the respondent as well as its counsel for the next date for their appearance before the Transferee Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner will also inform the

learned counsel for the respondent about the orders passed by this Court, through regd. post.
