% 04.03.2016 I.A. No. 3053/2016 This application has jointly been moved by the parties under Order XXIII Rule 3 CPC to record their settlement. The application is signed by the parties and their respective counsel and is also supported by the affidavit of the plaintiff and the defendants No.1 & 2. Defendants No.3 to 7 are the children of the plaintiff and are proforma defendants. They have also relinquished their rights in favour of the plaintiff. A copy of the settlement agreement dated 08.02.2016 arrived at before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre has been placed on record. The terms of the settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and there is no

impediment in accepting the same.

Accordingly, the suit stands decreed in terms of the settlement agreement dated 08.02.2016.
