The settlement agreement dated 28.04.2016 duly signed by the parties, their respective counsels and the learned Mediator, is on record. The terms of settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and I see no impediment in accepting the same. Accordingly, the suit stands disposed of in terms of the settlement.
