% 13.05.2016 Counsel for the respondent states that he shall file his Vakalatnama during the course of the day. Let the same be done. Notice in the matter has been served. Reply and affidavit in terms of order passed on 11th December, 2015 have not been filed. However, both counsel state that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties on terms. In terms of the settlement, counsel for the respondent has handed over a bankers cheque bearing No. 643121 dated 11.05.2016, drawn on State Bank of India, Branch: Nangal Dairy(New Delhi) for a sum of Rs. 2,99,620/- to the counsel for the petitioner along with photocopy of three TDS certificates for a total of Rs. 1,11,238/- with regard to the amounts deposited in that behalf by the respondent company with the tax authorities. Counsel for the petitioner states that with the receipt of these TDS certificates and the bankers cheque handed over today his client does not
have any further claim against the respondent company in respect to the subject matter of this petition and that the amount received today constitutes full and final settlement thereof and therefore prays that the petition be disposed of in terms of the said settlement.
