% 12.07.2016 Crl.M.A.2427/2016 By this application, the petitioner has sought reduction in the surety amount and release on furnishing personal bond. As per the verification report filed by the State, the petitioner has three brothers. Thus, there are family members of the petitioner. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no reason to modify the order dated November 05, 2015 passed by this Court and direct release of the petitioner on furnishing personal bond. Application is dismissed.

Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent (Tihar Jail).
