% 23.05.2016 Mr. Surender Kumar, a partner of the defendant, which is now known as City Entertainment Network having its office at SCF No.22 & 23, Shopping Complex, Sector-6, Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar, Haryana is present in Court on behalf of the defendant. He has provided is proof of identity, which has been seen and returned. He states that being a partner, he has authority to represent the other defendants as well. He further states that they have entered into a settlement. A memorandum of understanding dated 07.05.2016 arrived at between the parties, which is certified as true copy, has been tendered in Court and taken on record. Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that in view of the said

settlement arrived at between the parties, the plaintiff wishes to withdraw the suit.

Accordingly, the suit is dismissed as withdrawn. The plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of 50% of the Court Fees since the suit has been settled prior to commencement of trial.
